No signal here at all and it just says no service. Appears difficult to report and things just go round in circles on this website. When are we getting back the service we pay for?

You can try the EE checker for status updates. Note that you have to switch to status otherwise it defaults to coverage. Sadly you can't register for updates as they only accept EE numbers. Same with Twitter, they will only talk to EE account holders.
Thank you. It says they expect good service within 6 hours so just wait now I guess. Lucky I have no meetings.
Just to set expectations, last time I saw a local issue it said 16 hours. Five days later...
That's how I got to find out Twitter staff wouldn't talk to BT customers.
