I have a BT Smart Hub, that was provided by BT following a fault with my previous one last year. Over the past 6 to 8 weeks I have become increasingly aware of the BT Smart Hub making a high pitched buzzing noise, especially if i'm using the internet/broadband. And at the same time the broadband speed and connectivity has been dropping out. I'm assuming there is a problem with the BT Smart Hub. How do I raise a complaint about this? Becx
