One Whole Home disc of 4 gone Red

My WH rebooted itself the other day. I thought all had come back OK within a minute but one disk has gone Red. Rebooting, it tries to connect, gets to flashing good blue then goes red again.  It appears on my app as 'disconnected'. I see it has vanished from the network map.

Suggestions?

Hi @Dyrham thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I'm sorry to see you're disc has lost connection.

Can you try these steps and let me know if it helps?

  1. Connect the disc to your hub (router) with the Ethernet cable provided
  2. Switch the disc on and wait for the LED on the disc to turn solid blue
  3. With a pin or paper clip, press the factory reset button on the rear of the disc for about one second
  4. Wait for the LED to turn purple, flashing blue, then solid blue for at least 15 seconds
  5. Once completed, turn off this disc and follow the app set-up instructions
