After about 5 months of No problem performance, one of my dish has suddenly stopped working ie it no longer flashes blue light when the network is switched on every morning. I have tried to reset as well as gone back to its factory setting. Then I tried to reset the disc as if to add a new disc and tried to sync it with the router as per the original instructions. After trying for nearly an hour, it did not flash any blue light which would have confirmed its syncing with the network. Can some one advise what I am doing wrong. Or is it that the disc is now beyond fixing and requires replacing.
I am not sure if BT warrantee covers it as they were bought in April this year.
