Had a bit advanced quad phone for about 6 months. Suddenly it’s stopped incoming calls - just get indicator of missed call but no ring. Doesn’t go to voicemail. Outgoing calls fine and incoming calls to another handset fine so can’t be the line.
Contacted Amazon who provided a replacement. Plugged that in and all seemed good at first but two hours later (after retyping all my contacts) have exactly the same issue. Can anyone help please?
