Yeah just seen the app update. Unfortunately we still don’t have any new firmware!
I've noticed this discussion is no longer pinned. Could it be that it's about to be replaced with an announcement of newer firmware or is it in hope that it will disappear down the message list ?
Yet another random disconnection this morning, and another failed firmware update check, is this firmware gonna get released or not? i am about to through these out of the window.
Yep, I’ve been having issues again myself this weekend. I wouldn’t hold your breath for a response or the actual update. I am still awaiting return code they promised me 3 months ago!
We appear to be experiencing radio silence again. It’s so nice being a valued premium product customer for BT.
I've literally just rebooted my middle floor disc again, 4th time since Sunday, i am sick to the back teeth of these, simply not fit for purpose, unclear how it can take 13/14 months to make and test firmware, this firmware needs to be sent to someone that knows what they are doing like Sebastian Gottschall AKA brain slayer (DD-WRT), for get your BT devs they obviously have not got a clue!! a Very annoyed BT Premium disc owner
Just soo vexed at these mesh discs now , had them around 6 months and in that time I have had unexplained full resets , discs dropping off and generally devices just not connecting .
Just this morning woke up to find 2 discs not connecting and spend 1 hour getting things working again requiring things to be deleted and reset up .
All 3 disc have excellent locations and tempted to go to Amazon and plead SOGA to get a refund.
Apparently a mythical update is going to fix all these issues for us….release date has been TBA for 12months lol…..but it’s coming…..worst supported product I’ve ever purchased. Never BT again!
Please can the Mods update us to when we will get the update? Are there any issues that are stopping the release of the new firmware?
