Are you seeing the error "There was a problem checking for firmware updates" or are you just seeing no update available?
Have you tried switching the primary disc with another disc to see if this resolves the issue?
Yes - there was an issue with the iOS app 3.10.26 which could have incorrectly changed the update details. You could perform a reset to restore this or if you physically change your Ethernet connected disc with another, it will cause a re-sync of details but you won't need to set up everything again.
What is your test model for this product? Feels like we as customers are your QA?
