Hi @Marcel 

Are you seeing the error "There was a problem checking for firmware updates" or are you just seeing no update available?

Have you tried switching the primary disc with another disc to see if this resolves the issue?

I get the message that there is a problem checking for firmware updates. When you say swapping the primary disc, do you mean physically connecting a different disc to the uplink ?

Hi @Marcel 

Yes - there was an issue with the iOS app 3.10.26 which could have incorrectly changed the update details. You could perform a reset to restore this or if you physically change your Ethernet connected disc with another, it will cause a re-sync of details but you won't need to set up everything again.
