Problems with Broadband

We have a BT-8JA29A device and a booster in another part of the house.  The booster doesn't seem to be working and is currently on red all of the time despite all our efforts to try and get it working.  

This booster is really important for us so that we can get other devices to work, without it we can't get internet in other parts of the house.

I wanted to also enquire about getting the internet to work in our garden.  We have power that we can easily access.  What do you advise?

Hi @massey welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I can't find anything by that product name when I've searched. If its a BT manufactured wifi extender you'll be able to get help from our product helpdesk.
