Re: 4g Mini Hub

Hello,  I have 2 x 4g Mini Hubs supplied with 2 separate Broadband services. The hubs themselves work OK. However I too am unable to login to either of the hubs to make changes. The admin passwords shown inside the lids do not work. For the hubs to be useful to me, I need to be able to login and change the IP address of the hub itself, and also the DHCP address range. Does anyone have any ideas? For example, is there another login page for the hub other than the one accessed from the 192.168.1.1 home page?

Re: 4g Mini Hub

Just to be clear, this is the 4G Mini Hub, with the back removed, and the password highlighted.

And this is the index page and the login popup.

Re: 4g Mini Hub

I can log on to my mini hub with the admin password at the login page (and have changed it and the WiFi password). As you have 2 have the backs been mixed up?

And check your device is not auto capitalising the first character.

Re: 4g Mini Hub

Thanks for your reply.

The backs show the WiFi SSID and password alongside the admin password, and they work OK, so the backs can't have been swapped. I've tried all combinations of upper, lower and mixed case for the admin password, on different browsers and different mobile and desktop platforms. None of them work!

Re: 4g Mini Hub

I understood the 4g Mini Hubs are not for continuous use and are intended to use, for example, while repairs are carried out to your connection or you are undergoing a home move.

Once the event has been closed, the Mini Hub is deactivated by BT although you are invited to retain it in case it is needed in the future.

That was my experience (and a positive one at that).
