We have recently upgraded from Homehub to Smarthub 2 and cannot get Access Controls to work. We previously set all this up on the online hub manager but after upgrading to the Smarthub it is supposedly controlled via the BT App (not a great move in my opinion)
However after following the above instructions I just keep getting an error message and cannot view my device details.
I have tried on both android and apple based apps and have had no luck.
Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I'm sorry that you're having problems with Access Controls. This error message was a problem a few months back however the issue was fixed at the time. I've sent you a Private Message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team so we can look into this for you.
