I was told that a bag would be sent to me to dispatch a mobile phone to you. It has been six days now and I have not received any bag yet (9/11/2021)
Is there an address or contact number to resolve this as this has been a a problem for some weeks now.
BT have a Mobile Loyalty team, have you spoke to them yet ? within 14 days of receipt the Mobile Loyalty advisor will raise a cease order which triggers a returns bag.
It's highly advised to return it using recorded and insured delivery, you're responsible to make sure it's returned undamaged.
