Hello, I am writing as I keep receiving texts that I haven’t returned my BT hub since I upgraded.
I initially upgraded online so the first thing I received was the return bag. The new router didn’t arrive though, so I called customer services and the mistake was corrected by the very helpful team on the phone. A new order for an upgrade was made and the old one was substituted by the new one.
I then received another return bag which I used and returned the hub. The wife didn’t keep the proof of postage receipt from the post office though.
Shall I try customer services again or could someone help with this please?

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry there's some confusion with the returns. Customer service should be able to sort this out so give them a call on 0330 1234 150. If there are any problems post back and I'll lend a hand.
