Returned smart hub 2

I returned my smart hub 2 at the post office on 22nd December and I am still getting messages to return it.

What must I do to stop these?

If you received it before 13 Dec 2019 then don't stress, you don't have to return it.

If you received it after that date then you are required to return it, post back and let us know which applies

It maybe just backlog at BT with staff working from home or the PO have lost it.
Did you use the BT return label and packaging they should have sent you and did you keep the proof of postage ?

Have you called 0800 800 150 ? that seems to be the number for queries.
