Returning BT Hub

Hello, I need to return my BT Hub and have not received the returns bag. I believe it must have been sent to my old address, but I can't seem to find the BT return address online in order to send it myself. Can I please have a returns bag sent to my new address so I can get this back to you? Many thanks, Michelle.

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.

You should contact BT on 0800.800.150 and ask them to send you a returns bag or use one of the methods in this link.
