Returning kit on leaving

I'm currently in the process of leaving BT and have been asked to return my kit, which I knew I had to do.  On the website it says that

"When you have kit to return, you’ll receive a white returns bag in the post within 2-3 days. If you need another bag or need one sending to a different address, you can order one easily by logging into My BT and selecting 'Return equipment' under 'Return your BT kit'." 

Since I have never received these return bags in the past when I have had to return kit, how can I order one. I can't find it ANYWHERE when I log into my account. I'm stumped.
