Set different network for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz on BTWholeHome

Is it possible to set the BYWholeHome discs to have different wifi names for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz rather than using a merged network?

Hi @kdhmiles , no this isn't possible and would defeat the object of the whole home network system.

Let us know why you're trying to do this and someone may be able to suggest an alternative.

I have a home camera that has a sync module connect to my BT Whole home. I have had issues where it stopped working and the vendor mentioned to set-up my network as separate 2.4/5G network names.

I've told them this is not possible and they now suggested whist listing the MAC addresses of the sync module on the router access list  within the BT Whole Home. Is that possible?
