Setting up 5ghz network

Hi I'm trying to set up a 5ghz network as I've got one screen saying it's on and another saying it's off. I've tried to search for it on a 5ghz compatible device with no luck. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Many Thanks

Perhaps you have turned it off by mistake?

This thread shows how to turn it off, so you should be able to see how to turn it on.
