Since yesterday the WiFi Signal Test feature in the My BT app is not working. After the countdown from 10 it just sits there forever saying "Just getting your results" with the bouncing balls. I have tried multiple mobile phones, re-installing the App, restarting the HIB, restarting the Complete WiFi Disc and have ensured I am connected to the BT WiFi network from the Hub.
Anyone seen this and have a solution?
I am having exactly the same problem. Just received and set up the first disc and couldn't get the location tracker to work either - had to position the disc by trial and error.
Gave up in the end and just used a 3rd party app..
Out of interest just tried the BT app again and still doesn't work....... 😞
Same issue here. Does the countcown, get the bouncing balls then error "somrthing's gone wrong, try again" every time.
Uninstalled the app, re-installed, restarted phone - WiFi disc location now working but WiFi signal test still timing out with error message.
As the others above, i've also just got Wifi Discs, and this wifi test in the app still doesn't work.
Has it really not worked for the past year or so since people reported it?
Talk about shoddy.
