For those who might be interested and just for information and since BT do not list latest Firmware of their Home Hubs any more it is : v0.17.01.12312-BT (Mon May 11 18:49:53 2020).

I have a smart hub 2 on fibre 900, it’s been installed for 2 weeks and I’m still on firmware version

v0.15.00.06145-BT,

how do I get the latest firmware?

Firmware updates are automatic just leave hub connected 24/7. There is no way to do manual update

My Smart Hub 2 updated to v0.17.01.12312-BT on Sat Jul 18 00:05:56 2020

I noticed it were restarting overnight for several nights, every 2 to 3 nights, before and after the update. Let’s see if it settles down. I also did a power off and on.

You can try off and on the power, if you haven’t already done so. Then see if it updates on the following night. That worked for me for the previous update.
