I have completed the setup of my Smart Hub 2 and the wigi disc using the app to ensure siting of the disc in a high signal strength area. Since our house is unusually long, I still have a wifi dead area at one extremity.
I know that I can request an additional wifi disc to 'fill in' the dead spot - how do I make contact to request one more? Phone number/email address/request form?

Ring 0800 800 150 and ask for faults, your BT Plus subscription will route you to a UK or Ireland based contact centre.
