I have just updated to a Smart Hub 2.
On the day the unit was fitted I could use Cisco Anyconnect and browse the Web, use teams etc all fine at the same time as I was connected by VPN to the office
Today I cannot do any of the above and assume that some setting had been sent to the unit over night
I have upgraded to FTTP yesterday so I cannot go back to my old hub as the DSL has been turned off
This is on a Windows 10 PC
Any clues to resolve would be very welcome
I had the same problem. It looks like Cisco AnyConnect is some computers doesn't like the dual band operation of the BT router, so I just disabled the 2.4GHz band and left only the 5GHz. Works perfectly now.
