I am also having the same issue since the firmware update over the weekend. I can no longer access my usb hard drive through the BT Smart Hub 2

I am having the same problem since the SH2 firmware update  I can no longer see the USB in windows explorer although hub says USB connected

current firmware  v0.13.03.02221-BT

The hub team have got back to me to check a few things with and @RodT 
Would you and answer the following questions for them?

When was it working? – has it always worked?
What the filesystem format is? FAT/NTFS etc..
Volume name? Example: Daves-drive
What actions have been tried? Reboot? Another drive/usb?

just tried a standard 16gb USB stick in SH2 and explorer saw it right away and pc has full access to USB
