Smart hub 2 arrived today and its completely dead.

The upgrade to 900mbps is meant for this Friday 4th September.
How do I get a replacement sent ASAP?

Yes. Numerous times and tried to reset it several times. Tried the wps button. No lights, no life what so ever. I thought the lights might have even been disabled, so let it sit "powered" on to see if it showed up on my phone as an available network, but no joy.
If the lights had been disabled, then a factory reset of the home hub would have turned them on again.
I thought that too. 4 times now sitting on the phone for over 30 minutes each time to get cut off.
