Smart Hub 2 issues (ddns)

Ok so ive read we cant split the 2.4/5.0 ghz ssids which is a major balls up imo as when connecting on devices you dont know what network you are connecting to, please add this in the next firmware update.

Dynamic DNS..

I am trying to setup my DDNS service again, however when entering my password the hub gives me the following error when trying to save;

The password you've entered is invalid.
The password can be letters, numbers and punctuation.

I can confirm the password is not invalid at all as my old smart hub 1 uses it, and i took a photo of the settings before installing the SH2.

any ideas ?

thanks

Re: Smart Hub 2 issues (ddns)

Just because the password wasn't invalid in the SH1 doesn't mean it isn't invalid in the SH2. Try a different password without any 'special' characters.

Re: Smart Hub 2 issues (ddns)

Urgh thats just more work, shouldn't have to be changing my ddns password to suit.

Well I've got no choice Haha however it seems this should be seen as a bug in the firmware, I've got a special character in my password for security reasons.

Regards
