Smart Hub 2

Following a recent upgrade to Smart Hub 2, I can no longer connect to my remote company server.

The VPN will connect, but when trying to connect to the server it says "the local device name is already in use"

any suggestions would be appreciated, I'm sure it will be a simple fix.
