Re: Smart Hub X, replaced wit Hub 5

Regarding the question about my hub and it’s version:-

back of Hub it says BT Smart Hub X, it is BT Smart Hub Manager, and in the Technical logs the BT Product is BT HUB 6XA.

I cannot open the links regarding split hubs, networks etc as a message is shown which says ‘cannot open a secure connection, stopping you now’?

After I did  the factory reset, to access advanced setting on hub Manager, I was asked/told  to reset my admin password. Is this normal?

thankyou

yes but you can just leave it as it is shown on hub

here is the link again for smart setup  http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/44328/~/what-is-smart-setup-on-the-bt-hub%3F-how-can-...

split network link  http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/56419/~/how-do-i-split-my-bt-hubs-ssid-%28wireless-ne...

these links should work - they do for me
