Ok so bad news after about 20 hours of uptime I have come home to find the router locked up again. The Wi-fi disc was off so this didn’t cause it. I have restarted the hub and took screenshots of the log pages you can see there is a gap between 2pm and 7pm when I restarted the router.
Very unusual that it doesn’t note any logs so definitely question whether the router has locked up. I have just reset the hub to factory default and will see how it goes without the Wi-fi disc configured. If this crashes I assume it’s the smart hub if not I will try and reintroduce the Wi-fi disc again.
I plugged my disc in to the router for a couple of hours last night then relocated. It's been working fine since. Will just have to monitor it.
Working fine all morning. It went red for a few seconds then blue. Five minutes later it went red and stayed red. After 5 minutes i powered off. After powering back online it did go red for 10 minutes. It's currently Blue.
You may have noticed we are rolling out a new firmware, version V0.12.02.11078. This should happen very late at night or in the wee hours of the morning when your network is not being used. This new firmware will bring,
Can you monitor over the next few days and see if this helps cure the problems you were experiencing.
Can I have some help please. This issue I have is been going on for a while. The three discs and HUB are now on the latest firmware version. All three discs stay blue all day. But every evening they are going from red/blue several times and wireless is dropping. Wired connections never drop. Is it worth me taking notes when they drop and saving the log files. I really need some assistance for someone to look at the logs.
@3068152008 I'm really sorry about the problems with your complete wifi dropping out. @JohnC2 has raised this with the Hub team who are investigating and he will get back to you as soon as he has an update from them. I don't think you'll need to take notes from the hub logs as the Hub team should have access to that information.
