The Sky Plus app on my iPad says it cannot find my Sky HD box
Sky says the fault is with the BT hub and is a well known issue and to contact Bt who are aware of this issue . Has anybody else with a BT hub had this issue and how was it fixed

Never heard of that problem sounds like sky passing the buck
