There is no firmware update for BT homehub 6 A?

I got a homehub 6 A these day, it is

Firmware version:

SG4B1000B540

Firmware updated:

04-Mar-2019

and i found that event log like this

20:48:41, 19 Dec.

ppp1:TR69 ConnectionRequest Failed

20:48:41, 19 Dec.

ppp1:TR69 ConnectionRequest: processing request from ACS

20:42:55, 19 Dec.

ppp1:TR69 connectivity to (pbthdm.bt.mo) has failed

20:42:55, 19 Dec.

ppp1:TR69 unable to send Inform message

20:42:55, 19 Dec.

ppp1:TR69 event found : 4 VALUE CHANGE

20:42:55, 19 Dec.

ppp1:TR69 event found : 2 PERIODIC

20:42:55, 19 Dec.

ppp1:TR69 event found : 1 BOOT

20:42:54, 19 Dec.

ppp1:TR69 sending Inform message

20:42:51, 19 Dec.

ppp1:TR69 creating new session with ACS

Seems that TR69 can not make a successful connection due to the [pbthdm.bt.mo] off line.

So hh6A drop out support from BT?

any help?

Re: There is no firmware update for BT homehub 6 A?

Hi @aug the BT firmware server is seemingly not ready to connect to the new BT homehub 6 A. Updates usually occur during the night. Please leave the new BT homehub 6 A switched on, and within days BT firmware server should automatically find and install firmware update for you.

Your OP did not say anything about your download or upload speeds. We have full fibre speeds and use fast.com speed test

Please, don`t make some"that will be fine, everything will be fine."kind of no-sense. The TR69 failed means no connection with bt `s update server.

@aug

Your HH6A is no longer recognised by BTs ACS server, so its current status report is being rejected. It could be that its serial number is not registered, or its status message is in the wrong format, possibly due to outdated or corrupted firmware. Its possible that support for the HH6 has ended.

You could try a factory reset of the home hub, which may force a valid connection, otherwise I cannot see any other way.
