No, you can’t.
But you can temporarily disable 5Ghz, connect any devices and then enable it again (if you have devices that support it)
They will remember the 2.4Ghz SSID and should work without problem.
Thank you albertj. I turned off the 5GHz and tried connecting again. Not only will it not connect but the printer is now under the impression that my internet is disconnected! Have it connected via usb as I have very important printing work to do. This printer will be returned.
Thanks for your help.
when you use the printer screen and go to settings then wireless can the printer 'see' you hub SSID? If so then if you then try and connect does it then ask for wireless password?
Have you tried a factory reset of the hub by pressing the recessed button on the back and holding until the lights flash
i have an Epson xp 650 and had no problem connecting to my SH2
It's me again! I took your advice and pressed the recessed factory reset button on my SH2 then I turned off the 5GHz and Hey Presto! My printer connected with no fuss at all.
Thank you all for your kind help it's very much appreciated.
