Video baby monitor 3000

Go to solution

Hi

I have the bt3000 baby monitor and have been using it reasonable well for a few months. However every now and again the image on the parent unit will change from a clear image to very dark, pixelated image making it very difficult to see the baby.

The parent unit has not been moved when the change occurs, this morning it was sitting on the table while I cleared up and last night on the side table while we were watching tv, so there is nothing happening to move it out of range. It happens in day time and night time so I’m also confident it’s not a change of light causing the issue.

I have to turn off both units and leave them for 10-15 mins and this sometimes resolved the issue. But isn’t really convenient when baby only sleeps for 30 mins!!
