Ive had an extra disc sent out to fix my poor wi fi , but the problem I’m having is when I set up the second disc it cancels out the first disc and is flashing red. I have re set them several times, but still am having same problem .
It works ok with one disc , either one , but as soon as I set up a second it knocks them both out .
Maybe someone out there knows the cause .
please let me know your thoughts as after 3 hours I’ve had enough with the things
Hi @Tlstriker, welcome back to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see you're having problems connecting your new disc, are you following the guidance in MyBT app to add the second disc?
A reset on the Hub before following the setup process might help.
