Hi, I've been happily using a BT wifi extender 1200 for the last couple of years with my Home hub 5. A few weeks ago it stopped getting signal from the hub. I thought maybe it had out-lived it's life so bought a new extender (Archycals 1200), only to find it has the same issue. Just keeps searching for a signal, even when plugged in right next to the hub.. Am i overlooking something obvious?
Thanks!

Is your BT Home hub actually transmitting a 2.4GHz wireless signal?

As far as i know.. I can connect directly to it with my phone
Try a factory reset of the home hub, then try again, as it may have run out of internal connections.

That's done the trick thanks!
Excellent 😀
The home hubs do eventually run out of internal connections, and as the connection information is stored in the user file which is not cleared by a normal restart, the only way to clear it out is to do a factory reset.
This has been an issue on all of the home hubs, right from the original home hub 1.
