Whole Home App

Just upgraded to latest firmware. When I attempt to open app on Samsung tablet and phone I get the "You are not connected to your WholeHome Wi Fi". Then it reverts to BT splash screen before the message appears again. I deleted the app and re-installed but problem persists.

Hi @Takahashi, few things to try:

- make sure your tablet is definitely connected to the correct wi-fi network; you'd be amazed how many people contact us only to find that their device has reverted to an old network, or to a neighbouring cloud wi-fi provider. 

- if you're sure you're on the correct network and it still doesn't work, reboot your phone and try again (again ensuring you're connected to the correct wi-fi network first)

- if that doesn't work, restart your whole home wi-fi discs. Switch them all off, then switch them back on 1 by 1, starting with the one connected to your router.

Failing this, call the helpdesk.
