Android and iOS version number 3.14.8 has been made available on Google Play and the Apple Store on Friday 18th February 2022 for the Whole Home Wi-Fi app.
Changes since version 3.13.10:
The primary focus of this release is to provide improvements in network discovery, UI and accessibility improvements (including making the sector colours of the Data Usage pie chart more discernible) and stability fixes to improve usability of the app.
On my Android handset, the pie charts are under Settings > Data Usage > Discs.
How weird, I do not have "Data Usage" in my Settings at all (also on Android).
I have Bt Whole Home Wi-Fi Version 3.14.8, Firmware 1.02.13 build07.
@RobbieMac any ideas or suggestions?
The app can no longer see my discs, despite the fact they seem to be working.
I talked to a member of your tech support team and they said the firmware for the discs is out of date and that's why the app isn't working but when I click check for updates it says I'm running the latest firmware!
My discs are running v1.02.01 build22
Is the firmware the problem? If so can I get a later version for my discs or is the app just completely broken for me from now on?
Hi @leewoc, sorry you're having this problem.
Was it the WHW team on 0808 100 6116 that you spoke with. If not then give them a call.
Cheers
John
Did you ever get a resolution for this?
My app stopped showing the network on the first page, but you could bring them up on the network map. I wasn’t bothered about that. Now the app won’t connect to the discs at all (Error code -no response).
I have deleted and reinstalled the app, and restarted the network, but still the app doesn’t see the discs or go any further.
