Whole Home Wi-Fi Premium and Talktalk Fibre Broadband

Hi

I hope someone can help as this issue is beginning to get really frustrating!

I currently have the Whole Home Wi-Fi Premium and use TalkTalk Fibre broadband (using their Wi-Fi Hub Black).  Recently our Wi-Fi connection periodically drops to "connected but no internet" (or something very similar).  At first I thought it was a blip but it is becoming almost a daily occurrence.   It seems to fix itself after 5 minutes but happens quite regularly throughout the day.  The Talktalk router seems to be ok as devices connected directly to that do not appear to lost the internet when the Wi-Fi issue occurs.  I have switched the Wi-Fi off on the TalkTalk router so the only Wi-Fi is being provided through the Whole Home Wi-Fi Premium system.

This is a really frustrating problem, particularly when you are on a teams call for work when it happens!  I can't see an obvious reason for this so would be grateful for any advice people can give!

It would be best to give the WHW product helpdesk a call on 0808 100 6116 ( Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm and Sat 9am to 2pm) or drop them an email to: btconnectedhome@bt.com and they may be able to help.

Most people on this forum are BT Broadband customers.
