I have just bought a 3 disc Whole Home set. During set up for the first disc it said I needed to update the disc, so I did via the app. It actually told me this about three times - I would update on the app and the disc would flash purple and then turn solid blue.
On the fourth time it told me, after it finished flashing purple, it turned solid purple (I assume to reboot). Now it’s stuck on solid purple!
I’ve tried rebooting, resetting (holding the reset button for 1, 10, 30 seconds) and each time the light goes off, then purple, and stays on purple.
My device shows the Disc network in my Wi-Fi settings but it cannot connect to it as it is ‘not connected to the internet’.
