Thanks @Dan-O
I would suggest that BT get a grip on its products, you can either update or you can't
Mine shows no update available.
what a ruddy shambles.
Similarly with the app.
COME ON BT .... SORT YOURSELVES OUT.
weve been waiting lon enough for this. Or is it another HH6 fiasco?
The reason for it is that we've now needed to stagger the update due to a higher than expected number of downloads. I will keep you updated but you can continue using your systems in the meantime.
The new apps are not dependent on this new firmware update so you will be able to use them while your system is queued for the update.

Hi all,
The update is a full rollout so everyone can get the new firmware now.

"Stagger" how exactly? Geographic area? IP Address? Alphabetic? Sign of the zodiac?
I'm a bit stunned that BT could under-estimate the demand for a fix to a piece of kit that hasn't worked properly since the last firmware update.
It would be good to have a firm timescale for the roll-out, rather than sitting here pressing the Check for update button every so often in the hope of success....
So How is it being ‘staggered’?
hope it’s not like BT TV/BT Youview or the rollout to the HHub range as we could be waiting months for it.
Sorry, but this really is just unacceptable. Don’t have the issue with Apple updates, and BT cannot claim that there are that many WH devices out there... possibly a few tens of thousands? More likely just a few thousand. Presume the update server is an old 386 with 40meg hard disk and 10mbps 10base2 Ethernet card?
jeez. Got better things to do than keep restarting my WH system just to see if it’s there yet.
same here no update
