have tried power cycling and still wont upgrade.

A new version of the iOS app is available

got the new build overnight automatically and the new andriod app this morning.

So far so good - and just completed an internet  speed check and I'm getting 135mb/s over wifi and I'm on the 3rd link of a chain on the mesh (have 4 disc's overall) so happy with that - BTWH connected to a virgin hub.

Update didn't happen overnight. Several presses of the button finally promted it to show me the update this morning. Tried to update - then just goes from "Update available" to "No response from your network". Hard reboot of all discs and now the update is done - what a palaver!

Have re-enabled steering and will test. Fingers crossed; this update is the last chance saloon for WH - if it's not stable now with my laptop and Nest cameras I'm going to have to look for another solution (possibly going back to the heath-robinson lash up of powerline adapaters and cheap APs which was totally stable for years)

So far so good. New android app and firmware.

Well...It's been a tough while living with no access to the discs after being so brilliant, but they still basically worked and I expected a new firmware update...didn't think it'd take nearly as long as this however. Bit disappointed in the slowness to respond by BT in general, but the discs/app/web access are back to working now and I still feel the WHWiFi is a really great bit of kit.

Where are the options for band steering etc located, I cannot find them?
