I would assume it will be a staggered release so not everyone will see the update at the same time, otherwise the servers will get very slow...

@Dean007 no reference to that in the moderator message, number 1132 I think. Just that it’s going to be released today. Bear in mind that auto updates happen betweeen 12am and 2 am, probably makes sense to try manually at the moment.

Hi. No new Whole Home app just new firmware if you are having connection problems. I would stay on Build 10 if it's all working, and turn off auto updates.

hello I have 5 discs and im losing connection it keeps on dropping sometimes it comes back on and sometimes we have to switch it all off to reset it.I have error MR204 & error MR104 on a blue screen.

These are Sky Q errors, I believe.

Correct they are Sky Q errors, how is sky connected to router, Ethernet or Wi-fi via WH

Change your 5ghz channel setting for your WH to 48 so it doesnt clash with Sky Q 5ghz ch36

I Stll have not updated firmware since i installed the discs and have left auto update disabled.

I still cannot connect to the discs using the App but they are all working it seems although i can only check via my PC.

This is frustrating, however i assume its because i do not have he latest firmware that my App on my iphone will not connect?

Anyone else have this issue?
