Re: Whole Home WiFi firmware update v1.02.04 build10

One of my discs is now solid purple! Tried resetting the system, two reset and this one stayed purple. It doesn’t reset when I stick the pin in the reset hole. Any suggestions?

Re: Whole Home WiFi firmware update v1.02.04 build10

Glad to see the web interface is fixed, and the app works a bit better.

However, my discs are restarting themselves for no real reason. All of mine are connected via Ethernet, one disc has been running for 23 hours but my two other discs just restarted ten minutes ago (at exactly the same time!!!).

This happened yesterday afternoon as well. Mine are set for automatic updates at 3 in the morning, not sure why 2 of them would crash at exactly the same time at 5 in the afternoon?

Re: Whole Home WiFi firmware update v1.02.04 build10

Hi,

i have updated to the latest firmware, every worked fine in previous 1.02.03, however now it is not allowing Ethernet bridging on either of the other 2 discs. Is there a way to force downgrade to previous version? My zig bee kit is connected to one of them and therefore essential I get it working. Cheers

@Tony_Mac

You need to switch off all your discs with the power button/at the plug for 1 minute, then turn them back on.

Dan-O

when you turn them back on I assume the connected disc is first let that boot up. Then can you just switch the others all together or do they need to be one at a time untill each has fully booted?

Re: Whole Home WiFi firmware update v1.02.04 build10

I have updated my ios  app and the firmware on my home system and all is OK.

However I want to update my neighbours house and the app still will not allow you to connect to a different network.

I have uninstalled the app to try and get it to forget my network, but I reinstall it remembers my network.

His phone is an old Android one and not supported by the app, for the install I was able to borrow his son's phone to use.

Unfortunately he is not visiting for a while. Is there any way of resetting the app?

Re: Whole Home WiFi firmware update v1.02.04 build10

Dan-0,

Turned the 3 discs off at plug, left for 10 mins - the App still fails to find the wifi network 😞

Any other ideas?

Thanks,

Tony
