Whole Home - wi fi

hi,

I have just purchased a 3 x disc Whole Home wi-fi.

I have downloaded the App to my IPhone and receive a message of "Error code 1200 and the message there was no response from your network " My IPhone is connected to the BTWholeHome wi fi ok as it works with other applications / searches.

Could anyone advice me how I resolve this error so that I can use the Whole Home App.

Thanks for the link, it looks as though BT do not as yet have a resolution for the issue or what error 1200 actually means.... that is unless i have misread the contributions from other people.

I think I'll reload the App on another IPhone and start again from scratch setting up the disc's only this time i will simply line them up on a table top and see if the issue still occurs, if not I'll move them to the locations i want them using the App.
