Whole Home wifi web screens blank

If I use the web interface (mybtdevice.home) to manage the Home Hub WifFi some of the screens are blank unless I do multiple refreshes.  For example, Status/Overview, Status/Devices, Settings/Access Control, Settings/IP Addressing, Settings/Internet, System/Information and System/System Log.

 

It was fine before the last firmware update.

This happens to me too; started suddenly and can't make it go away depspite restarts.

Same for my system, was OK for the first couple of days after upgrading to latest latest firmware.

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem. Lots of random blank screens, very difficult to get at the logs to figure out what is happening...

I am also now finding that a few days on, not only are the Overview and Devices pages blank, but the iOS app stops talking altogther to the Whole Home Setup - it reports not connected.

 

The Web screens apprear to work, but are really dead, ie checking for firmware, logs and restart all fail.

 

Only way to resolve is to power cycle the Master disc.

 

@Dan-O hopefully your aware of these issues with the latest firmware?

 

On the postive, my devices are now using nearby discs all the time. Previously some would "wonder off" to a <very> distant disc and then struggle 🙂

Thanks for the feedback. This is a known issue affecting some setups and will be fixed in the next firmware update. I can provide more details when this has been finalised.

Yep. Same here regarding the web management interface and I find if you refresh to quickly/often, it will kick you out to the login page again. However my iOS app has been pretty much ok, it did exhibit the ‘unable to connect’ issue earlier in the week which required a reboot of the system to fix.

Hope the new firmware is out relatively quickly and that it doesn’t introduce further problems. That seems to be the MO of BT branded devices, fix one issue, introduce three more.
