Re: Whole Home with more than 3 discs

Go to solution

I have quite a large area to deal with but I do have 7 discs all with blue lights. The WH iPhone app only seems to be capable of showing 6 discs but if I go into the router home page I can see that 7 discs are connected. Or am I mistaken about the 7th disc working properly?

Please check out the FAQ page you can have a max of 6 discs connected, mesh working will only work to this maximum. If you have purchased more than one kit you will have to add the additional discs one at a time using the app. Just because you get a blue LED doesn't confirm it's one network.
Tip: if you have a set of three and would like to add additional discs, factory reset the additional disc with the Ethernet cable connected to the Hub with Disc one still connected, then power down the additional disc and follow the App. I have 5 connected with no problem.
