Recently had a whole home Wi-Fi system stopped working and managed to get it replaced.
set the new discs up no problem and they worked great, now when I get up in the morning the light is purple as if it’s updating even though automatic update is turned off, and sometimes it has started to work by the time I get home other times it’s still doing nothing.
I can reset the main disc and set it up again but the next morning it’s back to a flashing purple light and it does nothing.
Are you able to confirm which firmware version your Whole Home Wi-Fi is running (you can check via the app or web interface)?

It sounds like there may be a problem with your discs - I'd recommend contacting the helpdesk via email@example.com to report the issue and arrange a replacement.
