Whole home app acting like new setup for existing system

Hi

Ive has my 3 disc set up and running for ages. Not been in the app for a long time but now when I do it gives me the initial setup dialogue and doesn’t seem to detect the existing discs (my phone is connected to the network through them).

it tries to shepherd me through the setup again but I’m worried it will reset my discs and all my network settings.

have tried it but can’t even seem to get very far. 
logged into web interface. Can’t reboot says msg send error. Won’t check for firmware updates - running v1.02.05 build01

any help?

Hi @thomasmirf 

There were issues with the firmware not responding to the app in older firmware versions (v1.02.05build01 is nearly 18 months old). Have you tried rebooting the discs manually (turning off the power), then trying to update the discs again?
