My system is up and running with my own SSID set up for Smart Hub and two disks.
When I launch the Wholehome app it greets me with a brand new setup scenario ie. asking to scan QR code etc. Is there a way to get the App to speak to the disks that’s already up and running?

Are you using black Complete Wi-Fi discs?
If so you need to use the My BT app. The Whole Home app is for Whole Home Wi-Fi and won't work with the Complete Wi-Fi black discs.
