Wholehome Solid purple light

Been using wholehome for a while, plusnet router, all good. 

Today had to move things around while decorating, shut down everything for a while. Now, the wholehome disc just shows solid purple. Tried just connecting the one to the router only, this is just solid purple too. Cant's connect using the app, or via mybtdevice. Been like this for hours now.Currently the discs are all useless, worked well before today. Tried pressing the factory reset button but still just solid purple. 

 

Any ideas?

Have you also asked on the Plusnet forum, in case its an issue with their router?

 

Most questions raised here are from BT Broadband customers using the BT Home Hub.

Router is working fine, no problems. It recognises the disc is plugged in, but the light never leaves purple. It's advertised as working with all routers, and has done up till now.

Have you tried plugging one of the other three directly into the router? Just on its own without powering the others up? Possibly the ‘master’ disc is borked?

Try holding factory reset for 30 secs or hold it and then power the disc on.

If not it sounds dead. You should contact the helpdesk btconnectedhome@bt.com
