Wholehome WiFi phone connection

Hi, 

 

We have wholehome with 5 discs around the house to get WiFi throughout. Our house has almost no mobile phone signal so we use WiFi calling on the phones. That worked fine until about 3 months ago my Samsung S6 stopped being able to move between discs. Once I go away from one disc to the next the connection drops and won’t reconnect unless I restart the phone. Our tablet and my girlfriend’s iPhone work fine on the system

 

Can someone help please?

Hi,

There is an issue with a recent upgrade to the Samsung S6 smartphone. We have provided details to Samsung and hope it can be fixed soon. In the meantime please contact the helpdesk who will be able to help.

I am having the same issue with an iPhoneX iOS 11.2.5

 

Calls drop when changing discs.
