Wholehome Wifi 6 App

As the subject says I have the Wholehome Wifi 6 discs. I have had them setup and been using them for a number of months with no issues. However after the latest update to the Android  app (v 3.14.8) I'm baffled as to why it is now asking me to setup the discs? and yes I am connected to the same network.

And still asks after reinstalling app

Any ideas how to skip setup request on phone, as discs are obviously setup because I'm using them.

It would be best to give the WHW product helpdesk a call on 0808 100 6116 ( Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm and Sat 9am to 2pm) or drop them an email to: btconnectedhome@bt.com and they'll be happy to help.
